We recently added RAM EDM to our in-house capabilities allowing us to have better control over cost, quality, and delivery of the entire project. RAM EDM is used to create blind shaped forms needing a high degree of accuracy and a part can be machined after heat treating which will eliminate the possibility of damage or distortion during the heat treating process.

Our RAM EDM machining capacities are:

• Maximum Workpiece Size: 38" X 29"
• Maximum Workpiece Weight: 2,200 lb
• Maximum Workpiece Height: 16"
• X, Y, Z Axis Travels: 21.6" X 15.7" X 13.7"

• Complex Geometry made easier
• Very predictable in unattended cutting
